Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi: Whatever happens, I will not create filth. Tell me, if we stop creating filth, will we even need to run a cleanliness campaign? We cannot put all of this responsibility on the sanitation-worker brothers and sisters. They are already doing their service as part of the government system, but the responsibility not to create filth is ours.
