Egypt will apparently join this alliance as well. There was an Iran–Iraq–Syria–Lebanon axis, which we cut down, and Syria and Lebanon have left that game. Now we have another alliance. This requires us to be very, very careful. Pakistan is a country with nuclear weapons, and on this issue we need to remain on guard. This only strengthens the need for an alliance with a global superpower on the scale of the United States.
