Hamas: Hamas reaffirms its commitment to the 15-point roadmap for implementing the second phase of the ceasefire agreement and its readiness to engage responsibly in its implementation. The priority now must be the full implementation of the agreement, including a complete ceasefire, an end to the attacks, completion of the withdrawal, the opening of crossings, the entry of aid and shelter supplies, the start of reconstruction, and enabling the National Committee to carry out its duties. We call on the mediators, guarantors, and the Peace Council to fulfill their responsibilities by ensuring that all parties adhere to what has been agreed upon and preventing any violations or breaches that could obstruct implementation or undermine the ceasefire agreement.
