Former Ukrainian Minister of Defence Fedorov: On the day of my dismissal, we just tested a state project that had been in development for 10 years prior, but couldn't reach a proper result. There was an incorrect technical assignment, no team, and many other various problems. And we tested our own ballistic missile. We tested it quite successfully and hit the target almost without any deviation from the course—a direct hit by the ballistic missile. So now we need to finish this process, complete all necessary tests, and begin its combat use. This is exactly the best weapon: to immediately strike their launchers with our own ballistic missile.
