Hamas: Approval to include the issue of heavy weapons within the framework of the agreement has been tied to, and made conditional upon, the cessation of all forms of aggression, the withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, the achievement of early recovery, the entry of the administrative committee, the deployment of international protection forces, the dismantling of armed gangs and militias established by the occupation, reconstruction, guaranteeing the right to self-determination, the establishment of an independent Palestinian state, and the protection of citizens' rights. Hamas and the Palestinian factions extend their greetings and appreciation to our steadfast people and families in the Gaza Strip, and affirm that they will continue working together along this path for the sake of our people and to safeguard all of their rights.
