Zelensky: According to preliminary information, Russia used a missile supplied by North Korea in the attack on Radushne. This is our initial assessment. Further investigations will be conducted, and all the facts will be verified, but at this stage, it appears to have been a North Korean ballistic missile. This alliance between Moscow and the North Korean regime is built on missiles, North Korea's growing military involvement in Europe, on our borders, and on the killing of Ukrainian children.
