Ukraine's new Army Chief, Maj. Gen. Mykhailo Drapatyi, announced a sweeping audit of the entire armed forces just five days after replacing Oleksandr Syrskyi as Commander-in-Chief.
He said the goal is "not to look for the guilty, but to honestly assess the real state of affairs" — covering combat readiness, supply, manning, training, and command effectiveness across every unit, with "no untouchables" and full accountability for negligence or abuse.
