It has lost its warfighting capacity, its industrial dynamism, and its population is shrinking. In Norway, 70% of preschool children are not Norwegian by origin. Europe filled its population gap with migrants — but they couldn't assimilate them. Rising racism now brings conflict, but they need those migrants.
