(Violation of clause 5) Iran’s economic team went to Qatar to hand over the purchase list using Iran’s frozen assets. Iranian ships are passing through the naval blockade, and so far around 50 million barrels of oil have been exported. The suspension of Iran’s oil sanctions has been announced, but has not yet been implemented. Threats against Iran by American and Israeli officials continue.
