Spanish PM Pedro Sánchez: Being part of a community requires shared rules—rules that we have established democratically. In Spain, those rules are clear: democratic values, equality between men and women, the rights and freedoms of LGBTQ+ people, freedom of expression, the secular nature of the state, and respect for the rule of law, whether you were born in Amurrio or in Dakar. These are not conditions for some and privileges for others. They are the rules for everyone.
