Qatar's FM Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani: Iran is a neighboring country. There must be understandings between us and it. What happened is unacceptable — both against us and against the rest of our brothers in the Gulf states. But in the end, we are all part of one region, and the solution must be a diplomatic one. We want to see a prosperous region. We want to see a prosperous Gulf and a prosperous Iran that cooperates constructively with the Gulf states, with a high level of trust and cooperation — instead of what these wars have left behind.
