French President Macron on return hubs: There is the question of these so-called return centers in third countries. France does not support them. We support a more effective return policy. I have never seen a return center in a third country that actually works. You are effectively sending all these people to a country that is not their own, even though you do not want to keep them in your own country. I am not sure that this is our Europe. I am not sure that it corresponds to the fundamental principles on which Europe was built. Furthermore, I do not believe it is effective.
