Cuba's President Miguel Díaz-Canel:
There are obstacles that do not come from abroad or from the blockade.
There is slowness, bureaucracy, rules that hold back those who want to produce, and decisions that we have postponed.
What depends on us, we must change ourselves — and we must change it now.
We owe the homeland our resistance, but today resistance alone is not enough.
This moment demands that we transform, produce more, remove obstacles, listen more, decide better, and be accountable.
