Cuba's President Miguel Díaz-Canel: Foreign investment is imprisoned by a web of obstacles that hinders its necessary growth. We must not only tell foreign investors where they should invest; they should also be able to take the initiative to invest in the economic sector of their interest, as well as choose their workers directly without state intermediaries.
