Russia's Foreign Minister Lavrov: The United States has declared a goal to dominate the world's energy markets. The desire of the US, first and foremost, is to subordinate key spheres of the world economy — energy being the first. And thereby control processes that will be used to influence China, the Russian Federation, and other competitors — but primarily China and Russia.
