NEW: A Hezbollah FPV drone attacked the vehicle belonging to Northern Command Israeli commander, Brigadier General Rafi Milo, who was doing a tour in southern Lebanon. Milo & another officer had exited the vehicle a few minutes before the drone directly hit it.
