New financial disclosures show Trump or his advisers made more than 3,700 trades in the first quarter of 2026, totaling tens of millions of dollars and involving companies tied to his administration.
The filings reveal heavy trading in major firms including Nvidia, Microsoft, Boeing, Oracle, Costco, Amazon, Meta, Intel, and Netflix — averaging more than 40 trades a day.
The disclosures have revived conflict-of-interest concerns because Trump still owns a vast business empire and did not place his assets in a blind trust.
Previous presidents including George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton used blind trusts, while Barack Obama and Joe Biden avoided individual stock trading altogether while in office.
