A defector from Sudan's Rapid Support Forces (RSF) publicly accused the United Arab Emirates of directly arming and training the militia. He says he personally took a course in the UAE city of Al Ain, in the Ghiathy area, with Emirati trainers, and that drones, officer training, and even treatment for wounded fighters all flow from the UAE through transit airports in Chad (N'Djamena), Libya (Al-Jufra and Benghazi), and Somalia. He concluded: We are all against the Emirati-Zionist project to dismantle Sudan into mini-states.
